Asparagus Quiche
Fixings
* 1 pound new asparagus, managed and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
* 10 cuts bacon
* 2 (8 inch) unbaked pie shells
* 1 egg white, softly beaten
* 4 eggs
* 1 1/2 cups creamer cream
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* salt and pepper to taste
* 2 cups destroyed Swiss cheddar

1. Preheat broiler to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place asparagus in a liner more than 1 inch of bubbling water, and cover. Cook until delicate yet firm, around 2 to 6 minutes. Channel and cool.
2. Place bacon in an enormous, profound skillet. Cook over medium high hotness until equitably brown. Channel, disintegrate and save.
3. Brush pie shells with beaten egg white. Sprinkle disintegrated bacon and hacked asparagus into pie shells.

5. Prepare uncovered in preheated broiler until firm, around 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool to room temperature prior to serving.
