Fixings

* 8 cuts bacon
* 4 ounces destroyed Swiss cheddar
* 2 tablespoons spread, liquefied
* 4 eggs, beaten
* 1/4 cup finely hacked onion
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup generally useful flour
* 1 1/2 cups milk
