Cheese-and-Sausage Quiche

Fixings
1 (1-lb.) bundle ground pork frankfurter
½ cup meagerly cut onion (around 1/4 medium onion)
⅓ cup slashed green chime pepper
1 ½ cups (6 oz.) newly destroyed sharp cheddar
1 tablespoon universally handy flour
1 (9-inch) frozen unbaked thicker style piecrust shell
2 enormous eggs
1 cup vanished milk
1 tablespoon slashed new level leaf parsley
¾ teaspoon prepared salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon ground dark pepper

Headings
